Erenköy Campus
FMV Işık Schools, Erenköy Campus was opened in 2000 as part of Feyziye Schools Foundation Education Institutions. Despite being located in the city center on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the campus has the characteristics of a big park in touch with nature. Our Erenköy Campus incorporates FMV Erenköy Işık Kindergarten, FMV Erenköy Işık Primary School and Middle School, and FMV Erenköy Işık High School and Science High School. It occupies a land of 30 acres with 28.700 m² indoor space, which includes social and sports facilities and a swimming pool. Also, with a mini zoo and playgrounds for kids, it offers the opportunity to experience the outdoors in a natural environment. On Erenköy Campus, in the natural protected area, there is a historical chalet.
Erenköy Campus has been an accredited member of CIS (Council of International Schools) since 2012.
IB DP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) has been implemented in FMV Erenköy Işık High School since the 2014-2015 Academic Year.
In addition to the national curriculum at FMV Işık Schools, a major aim is to raise individuals who can learn independently and think critically with international inquiry-based education programs. In this context, since the 2018-2019 Academic Year, IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme) has been implemented for students aged 3 to 12 in FMV Erenköy Işık Kindergarten and FMV Erenköy Işık Primary School which were authorized as International Baccalaureate World Schools in December 2020. In addition, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) programs and Montessori workshop programs enable students to learn basic scientific concepts and methods by experience, discover information at an early age, and use the acquired knowledge by associating it with different subjects and fields at different times, in different environments.
Besides, AP (Advanced Placement) has been implemented in FMV Erenköy Işık High School and Science High School since the 2019-2020 Academic Year.
FMV Erenköy Işık Kindergarten, Primary & Middle School, and High School became members of the Global Schools Program, an initiative of the United Nations Sustainable Development Solution Network (UN SDSN) in the 2021-2022 Academic Year.
