FMV Işık Sports Club
FMV Işık Sports Club was founded in 1998, as a way of bringing the Işık community together and to contribute to sports activities in Turkey by evaluating Işık students in terms of sports. FMV Işık Sports Club is active in different branches of sports such as basketball, swimming, volleyball, table tennis, athletics and chess. FMV Işık Sports Club was initiated with the goal of training sportspeople for our national teams in every field possible. Besides being one of the most successful clubs in swimming, FMV Işık Sports has also been the starting point for and has supported many successful swimmers who have achieved various accomplishments in Europe and World Championships. FMV Işık Sports has trained more than 50 sportspeople for the national team and has broken more than 500 national records since 1998. FMV Işık Sports has proved its success in swimming by training a swimmer who competed in the finals in both the European and World Junior Swimming Championships. The youngest swimmer to have taken part in the Olympics and world championships is a member of our FMV Işık Sports community.
