Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer that causes loss of life in women in Turkey as well as all over the world. It does not show any symptoms in the early stages, but it is a disease that can be diagnosed and treated with examinations that women themselves can perform.

As FMV Işık Schools, we carry this awareness and aim to raise our students with this awareness. In order to raise awareness on this important issue, we organized a “3x3 Pink Ball Basketball Match” as the Applied Courses Department. 11IB students also contributed to breast cancer awareness with the banner and presentation they prepared in CAS class.
