February 15 – World Childhood Cancer Day
Each year, approximately 300,000 children worldwide—and nearly 3,500 children in our country—are diagnosed with cancer and begin a challenging journey of treatment and recovery.
In recognition of February 15, World Childhood Cancer Day, the FMV Işık High School Honor Committee organized a series of awareness-raising activities in collaboration with KAÇUV (Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer). Through classroom information sessions and yellow ribbon sales, we aimed to increase awareness and contribute to KAÇUV’s meaningful work.
Let us remember: early diagnosis saves lives.
Together, let us raise awareness and be a source of hope.
