FMV Erenköy Işık Private High School English Debate Club students participated in the ECNAIS English Debate Tournament, which was organized for the first time in Turkey by the European Council of National Associations of Independent Schools (ECNAIS) in cooperation with the Turkish Private Schools Association on February 25, 2023. The tournament was held at the Private Mürrüvet Evyap Schools. 34 different private schools and 102 students participated in the tournament. Our school’s English Debate Club students Bade Selin Pehlivanoğlu, Derin Ünsaldık and Zeynep Ada Apaydın participated in three matches, each of which lasted approximately 30 minutes, and won two of these matches. We congratulate our students who participated in the tournament and successfully represented our school. We would like to give a special congratulations to Zeynep Ada Apaydın, who qualified as the sixth best speaker of the tournament.
