International Sharing Meeting Held for World Children’s Day
As part of the ongoing Children’s Rights Project, FMV Işık High School’s Global Citizenship & Sustainability Club partnered with the American School of Santo Domingo to host an online international information-sharing session on Monday, November 17. What began as a collaboration between two schools quickly grew into a global initiative — bringing together 8 schools from 7 countries across 4 continents. During the event, students presented the work they had prepared on children’s rights, exchanged ideas, and engaged in meaningful discussions with peers from around the world. This collaboration not only highlighted students’ dedication to children’s rights but also strengthened their global citizenship awareness and cross-cultural communication skills.
