Storytelling for Very Young Learners – Differentiated Teaching for Very Young Learners Training for Kindergarten and Year 1 English Teachers
Our kindergarten and Year 1 English teachers from five Işık Schools campuses gathered at the Ayazağa Campus on 27 December 2025 in the Multi-Purpose Hall for the Storytelling for Very Young Learners – Differentiated Teaching for Very Young Learners training, delivered by Steven J. Ogden and Amir Hamidi.
These sessions focused on practical strategies to support early-years classrooms, including creative storytelling techniques, the use of rhythm and expression to enhance engagement, mixed-ability classroom management, and differentiated instruction through flexible, age-appropriate activities.
We extend our appreciation to our teachers for their dedication to continuous professional growth and for their commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.
