The short film ‘13th Letter of the Alphabet’, written and directed by FMV Ayazaga Isik High School 11 H (IB) students Ayşe Deren Aktürk and Siena Özsezikli; starring Maya Ece Öneş, was screened and discussed on Friday, May 31st.

11 IB students played supporting roles in the short film, which focuses on Mia, a senior high school student who wants to study literature at university, and her conflict with her mother, who thinks that she may face financial difficulties in the future due to this choice. After the screening, a discussion was held with our parents, students and teachers about the starting point of the film, the shooting stages, the messages it wanted to give and the themes touched upon in the film.
