On Friday, September 29th ‘’Earthquake Awareness Talk" was organized by the Social Sciences Department with Prof. Dr. Şerif BARIŞ as our guest.

The interactive presentation prepared by our valuable participant within the scope of the joint project with MEB and AKOM Turkey on the reality of earthquakes. The event was received with interest by the students in our conversation, which took place with the participation of our Preparatory, 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students. Important disaster information was provided throughout the interview, as well as the reality of our nation, fault lines, and aspects of earthquake risks that are rarely pointed out. The engaging discussion, in which students asked several questions regarding the issue, created awareness among our pupils about the procedures that should be followed in the event of an earthquake.
