On October 11, 2024, an event organized by the Department of Applied Sciences aimed to raise awareness about breast cancer and promote early detection. A space was created to share information about breast cancer and increase awareness. Activities held in the schoolyard included a student-teacher basketball match and the Wall of Emotion painting activity. During the event, it was emphasized that breast cancer is treatable if detected early and that early detection can save lives. We believe that when we work together, we can prevail. We will continue working together to ensure this event achieves its goal and raises awareness in society.
