The Guidance and Counseling Department at FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School organized an event on emotion management skills with our 9th-grade students, led by Guidance Counsellor Emre Şahin.

The event aimed to enhance students' knowledge and skills in emotional awareness, emotional acceptance, and controlling impulsive behaviors. Through developing strategies for individual emotion regulation, students were able to strengthen their abilities in managing emotions effectively.
