Işık High School 2nd ‘’Active Painting Contest on Newspaper’’ was held on Friday, May 05, 2023, with the participation of 55 high school students from four campuses of FMV Işık Schools. The works created by our contestants in two separate categories, inspired by the poems of our famous poets with freestyle technique, were evaluated by our jury consisting of academicians from FMV Işık University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture for three hours, and after the exhibition was held in the Muvaffak Benderli Conference Hall. The students who were ranked received their awards at a ceremony. We would like to thank our valuable jury, consisting of Assoc. Prof. Sibel Avcı Tuğal (Head Juror), Assoc. Prof. Ayşe Günay (Member of Jury) and 2011 Işık High School graduate Research Assitant Namık Kaan Gökçen ( Member of Jury) for their contributions, and congratulate our students who participated in the competition, who are interested in fine arts, who see the invisible with their beautiful eyes and give life to emotions, and wish them continued success.
