Mole Day Excitement Experienced at Işık High School!
As Işık High School, we celebrated Mole Day, which is celebrated every year on October 23 and has a special place in the world of chemistry. With great enthusiasm, we played a quiz game called "Who Wants to Be a Molyener?" All of our 10th grade students participated in this exciting competition, combining chemistry knowledge with creativity, and competed fiercely. Congratulations to the winners of the competition!
Mole Day events were not limited to only quizzes. The Mol Cake Sale event, organized to help our animal friends, attracted great attention. Mole-themed cakes, cookies and desserts were offered for sale at stands prepared voluntarily by our students. The income generated was donated to the animal shelter to provide food, blankets and medical support. Thus, we increased both our scientific awareness and fulfilled our social responsibility.
It was an unforgettable experience for all of us to celebrate this meaningful day of science and love for animals. As Işık High School family, we fully experienced the spirit of Mole Day with our students and teachers.
See you at the next event, stay curious and keep exploring with science!
