To raise awareness of our students about spinal diseases, which are quite common in our country, activities have been done with the Preparatory, 9th and 10th grades in Physical Education and Sports classes between 16-19 January 2023. Awareness about deformities such as pectus, lordosis, kyphosis, scoliosis, rickets and low back pain were highlighted in the presentation. The presentation emphasized that spinal disorder is not a disease but a rather uniqueness. Exercises were shown and practiced that will support a life-long practice for diagnosis and treatment.
