FMV Erenköy Işık Primary School - Middle School Library works with both printed and electronic sources to provide access to accurate information during the education process.

In order to raise students who are inquisitive, questioning, ethically conscious, and literate individuals, and to promote the importance of reading, the library offers training to enhance and support reading habits.

We have a modern school library and organise events to invite authors to talk about their books to encourage reading and enhance information literacy and research skills.

The collection of our Primary School - Middle School Library is rapidly expanding with resources such as reference materials, consultation sources, periodicals, newspapers, electronic books, electronic journals, and audio-visual materials. There is also online access to our catalogue with over 16,500 publications.

In the ever-evolving landscape of technology and changing information environments, we provide our students access to databases to obtain scientific, reliable, and high-quality information. We have subscriptions to databases such as EBSCO and Encyclopaedia Britannica. With our Tumble Books Library subscription, students can access various electronic books, videos, and documentaries in English, French, and German languages.
