Within the scope of the 100th Anniversary celebrations of the Republic of Turkey, a tour was organized by the Department of Social Sciences with the participation of 11 IB class students to the exhibitions "Busy City: 1918-1923" and "Lausanne 1923 / The Beginning a Century Ago".

In the first exhibition at the Istanbul Research Institute, the occupation process that Istanbul experienced after World War 1 was discussed in different dimensions. In the exhibition titled Lausanne 1923 / A Century Ago in the Casa Botter Apartment, the process of the signing of the Treaty of Lausanne and its comparison with the Treaty of Sevres were presented.
