Ceremony was held within the scope of “Liberation of Istanbul October 6th",on October 3rd. History Teacher Mr. Mustafa Koç made a speech explaining the meaning and importance of the day. After the speech, the poem “Nihavent” by 11A class student Batu Dokuyucu, who was awarded the second prize in the Behçet Kemal Çağlar Poetry Writing Competition on “I am from Istanbul” organized throughout the province, was performed by Sudenaz Ibiş, our 11IB class student, and Batu Dokuyucu accompanied her with a lute.
