As the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, we held a story analysis lesson with our 11IB and 12IB students to celebrate World Storytelling Day. The event, with which we aimed our students to analyze a text together with its writer, took place online on February 16 and we analyzed the story titled “Eflatun” by Makbule Aras Eivazi. With this event, we also touched upon the global problem, which is “The shift of manly power to women who give birth to males and the role of these women in tradition”.
