The "Triad Science Conference," organized by FMV Private Erenköy Işık Science High School to bring together educators and students who follow developments in science, was held on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. The conference addressed the topic of "The Reality of Earthquakes: Living on Turkey's Geological Terrain," with the participation of S. Bilgen Özbay, Faculty Member of the Earthquake Engineering Department at Boğaziçi University Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute, Dr. Murat E. Selçuk, Faculty Member of the Civil Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and Erkan İ. Ataker, Team Leader of the GEA Search and Rescue Group, High Metallurgical Engineer.

In addition to students and teachers from our own school, participants from various schools in Istanbul also attended the conference. We would like to express our gratitude to all participants for their interest in our conference, which we believe was highly productive.
