At the “A Healthy Start to High School” seminar organized by the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department of FMV Işık High Schools on 18th September,2024, our guest Assoc. Prof. Dr. Helin Yılmaz Kafalı talked about adolescence, the effects of the physical and emotional changes experienced during this period on family dynamics, the adaptation process of our students to high school, friendship relations, and how to establish a balance in terms of boundaries and rules.
