FMV Erenkoy Isik High School and Science High School “Flare Robotics Club” students participated in “FRC İzmir Regional International Tournament” on March 4,5,6 and became the champions with 2 other teams of alliance out of 31 teams. In the tournament in which they received the “Winner Award”, they improved their problem solving skills in stressful and limited times. FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is an inter-high school robotics competition which aims to raise students’ interest in science and technology. What makes it different from others is that it enables them to take active part in social responsibility projects, work planning and budgeting in addition to improving themselves in math, engineering and programming. The most important factor that distinguishes FRC from other tournaments is that opponents help each other. We congratulate our students and their teachers.
