On the occasion of “International Breast Cancer Awareness Month” on October 15 “Breast Cancer Awawreness Day”, an exhibition was held in our school garden showing a selection of Pink Harmony free-themed paintings by our Visual Arts students entitled “Mini Exhibition,” “Emotional Wall” event, and the “Pink Ball Awareness Match”. The aim of these events was to raise awareness about the subject.

Pink colored masks and badges were distributed to the participants during sports and art activities to emphasize the fact that breast cancer doesn’t distinguish between genders. The event highlighted the causes of the disease, symptoms, cancer screening, cancer prevention, early diagnosis, and the positive effects of sports on cancer prevention and treatment. These various activities helped raise awareness for the importance of early diagnosis of breast cancer and the topic of breast cancer itself.
