Our Career Talks program for the 2020/2021 Academic Year started today with the opening speech by esteemed scientist, Kadir Has University Rector Prof. Dr. Sondan Durukanoğlu Feyiz. On the first day of the Career Talks program organized by the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit, Prof. Dr. Durukanoğlu Feyiz, whose theme is "Adding Meaning to Life: Not Giving Up", explained how the decisions she made in life were shaped by giving examples from her own background. She expressed how not giving up and some negative situations that appeared to hold her back in life actually helped her to make the right decisions. She pointed to the positive effects on her successful academic career today, with frames from her past. In the following part of her presentation, Prof. Dr. Durukanoğlu Feyiz, who insisted that our students move forward in a field they will passionately do and love in order to be successful and happy in life, inspired all of us with the anecdotes she shared.
