The 9th Sansev Istanbul International Polyphonic Choirs Festival was held at the Türkan Saylan Cultural Center between May 9th-12th this year.

On Thursday, May 9, our choir performed two a capella and two accompanied pieces. Our student Ceyla Şevik played the piano and our teacher Sadettin Ademoğlu played the guitar.

Our choir was appreciated by the jury for its good performance and was awarded the “Achievement Award for Interpretation of Polyphonic Folk Music”. We congratulate our choir conductor Nurdan Kaya and our choir students and wish our choir continued success.
