On the 89th anniversary of the “Turkish Language Festival” celebrated on September 26 since 1932, The Turkish Language and Literature Department organized an event for the 9th graders. As part of the event, our students wrote down the foreign words they have been using when actually they have the Turkish ones as well as the Turkish words that are misspelled and then created a billboard. In the event that we organized in accordance with our school’s aim to “raise individuals who use their mother tongue efficiently”, our students learned by doing. We thank all of them for their participation.
