Grade 5 prepared informative weather report videos and presentations and shared them on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 via Zoom. 5A started with reports around Europe (Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Greenland) and complemented their presentations with a google form quiz. Then 5B continued with reports from around Australasia (New Zealand, Pakistan and Australia). They held a zoom poll to see what their viewers thought. Following them was 5C who shared reports from around Africa (Libya, Kenya, Madagascar and South Africa). The weather forecasters then dealt with questions and complaints from the viewers. Finally 5D presented weather reports from the Americas (New York, Miami and Mexico City). They rounded up the activity with Padlet feedback from all of Grade 5. Many thanks to Grade 5 for their effort, humour and creativity. It was a great activity.,

Mustafa Barış Özkök ile Bir Nefeste Türk Tarihi

Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Bölümünün her sene gerçekleştirdiği Anne Baba Okulu veli seminerlerinde 1 Aralık Salı günü 2. Oturum tamamlandı.“Özel Yetenekli Çocuklarla Yaşam”  konulu seminerde; çocukların gelişimi, tanılanması, karşılaştıkları güçlükler, müdahale yöntemleri, ailelere verilen oyun ve kitap tavsiyeleri ele alındı. Seminerimize katılım gösteren bütün velilerimize teşekkür ederiz.

The 2nd session was completed on Tuesday, December 1 in the Parents' School seminars named " Life with Gifted Children", organized by the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department every year. The development of those children, recommendations given to families, some difficulties that they encounter, intervention methods, advice of useful books and box games were shared. Thank you to all parents who participated in our seminar.

Grade 2 celebrated Scary Hair Day on Thursday, the 12th of November. Students donned their creative thinking caps and designed amazing, elaborate headpieces. Everyone embraced the opportunity to show their silly side with bounteous enthusiasm. A wide variety of wigs, hats and fascinators were on display as we participated in Scary Hair Day activities.

To celebrate our diversity, we read a book called We Are All Different and talked about how we are not all the same, but we are all unique and special. We also drew pictures to display our understanding of diversity. We would like to thank everyone who supported our students in making their Scary Hair creations. Well done Grade 2 students for making Scary Hair Day a success.
