The Hunt is on... for Answers!
Grade 3 students were set on a quest to find answers to a series of questions ranging from the number of lights in the school canteen to Mr K's favourite chocolate bar and Mojo's hiding place in our annual Q & A Scavenger Hunt. The students had to organize their time and each other as they worked in groups to complete the task as efficiently as possible. English took on a real life purpose outside the class today as students used English to communicate, problem solve, strategize and relay information. This task called on students' comprehension and production skills as they had to understand the questions asked and work out where and how to find the answers. Did Grade 3 successfully complete the mission? They sure did and had a lot of fun at the same time!
