THIMUN 2019 ( January 27-February 2) was yet another milestone for FMV Private Isik High School's increasingly notable Model United Nations (MUN) program. Building upon last year, our first year having attended Europe's largest and arguably its most prestigious MUN conference, we doubled the size of our delegation from five to ten delegates, and saw our delegate to the Human Rights Sub-Commission 2, Maya Nil Kaya, serve as the main-submitter for her resolution on the deteriorating treatment of women in Afghanistan.
