After a lot of preparation, Grade 4 held International Festival Day. Students had been exploring the central idea ‘The history and geography of the society in which one lives shapes the future’ under the PYP transdisciplinary theme ‘Where We are in Place and Time’. They decided to share what they had learnt and researched about different countries, cultures and traditions around the world with all Grade 4 students. In groups, they presented China, Japan, India, Mexico, Russia, The Netherlands, France, Hawaii and the United States. There was beatboxing, quizzes, kahoots, origami, dances and much more! Congratulations to our brilliant Grade 4 student-teachers.
